The more I try to push myself to “be happy,” it makes me even more frustrated. Why does it seem so fucking impossible? Fuck this. Fucking stupid. Fuck.
I just want to be understood…I know how I should feel already, so it just frustrates me more when people think they can solve my issues by telling me how I should feel. I just want someone to fucking understand. Is that too much to ask?

This bipolar shit is fucking frustrating. One monent I’m okay, then all of a sudden……I feel like shit. For no fucking reason. I’m all for thrill rides, but this fucking mental/emotional roller coaster is fucking stupid. Fuck this. When can I fucking get off?!
